Administers respiratory care per physician orders, monitors mechanical ventilation, administers medications, conducts patient assessment, and interprets hemodynamic monitoring and blood work results. Responsible for monitoring, teaching, and training; demonstrates strong verbal and written communication, organizational, time management, prioritization, analytical, and critical thinking skills; detail-oriented with ability to meet tight deadlines within a hospital team environment.
