Job Summary
Provide routine and advanced respiratory care, manage ventilators, assist with bronchoscopy procedures, initiate ventilator protocols, manage advanced airway care including tracheotomy changes, intubation and extubation, initiate and monitor high frequency ventilators, NICU duties (surfactant delivery, intubation, high-risk deliveries), and participate in transport or back-up charge responsibilities; requires Associate/Diploma in Respiratory Care, NM Respiratory Care Practitioner license, NBRC RRT credential, ACLS/PALS/BLS, with 0.60 FTE part-time night shift in Albuquerque NM; EPIC charting and ongoing professional development opportunities included.
Required Qualifications
- ASSOCIATE or Diploma in Respiratory Care
- New Mexico Respiratory Care Practitioner License
- Registered Respiratory Therapist credential from the NBRC
- ACLS and/or PALS
- BLS
