Job Summary
Provide routine and advanced respiratory care across infant, pediatric, and adult patients, including airway management (intubation/extubation, tracheotomy care), proficiency with High Flow, BPAP/CPAP, ventilators, and Bubble CPAP. Perform ECGs in various hospital areas and implement cardiopulmonary modalities; may perform Pulmonary Function Testing, Holter placement, and cardiac stress testing. Requires an Associate’s degree in Respiratory Therapy and NM RCP license as RRT; BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications; EPIC charting experience. PRN shifts with night/weekend differentials and access to education/certification reimbursement and loan forgiveness. Presbyterian Healthcare Services role oriented toward multiple hospital departments with varied shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in Respiratory Therapy
- Current New Mexico Respiratory Care Practitioner License, Registered Respiratory Therapist
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP are required.
