Job Summary
Provide routine and advanced respiratory care for infant, pediatric, and adult patients. Responsibilities include advanced airway care with intubation and extubation, proficiency in High Flow therapy, BPAP/CPAP, and ventilators, performing electrocardiograms across units (ED, L&D, nursery, ICU, MedSurg, PMG), implementing cardiopulmonary modalities for all ages, and potential department duties such as Pulmonary Function Testing, Holter monitoring, and cardiac stress testing; multiple shifts with night/weekend differentials and opportunities for education reimbursements and wellness resources.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Respiratory Therapy
- Current New Mexico Respiratory Care Practitioner License, Registered Respiratory Therapist
- New Mexico Respiratory Care Practitioner License, Registered Respiratory Therapist
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP are required.
