Job Summary
Part-time Respiratory Therapist (nights) PRN; collaborate with multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality respiratory care. Perform evidence-based pulmonary care and diagnostic testing per physician orders and protocols. Requires graduation from an accredited Respiratory Care Program, BLS and ACLS, NRP and PALS within 1 year of hire, Texas licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner, and NBRC RRT registration. Minimum 6 months of respiratory care experience. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program
- Current Basic Life Support certification
- Current Advanced Cardio Life Support certification
- NRP, Pediatric Advanced Life Support — must obtain within 1 year of hire
- Currently licensed in good standing as a Respiratory Care Practitioner by Texas Medical Board
- Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care
- At least 6 months respiratory care experience
