Job Summary
Provide specialized respiratory care to premature and critically ill neonates in a NICU setting, including ventilator management, non-invasive support, blood gas analysis, medication and oxygen administration, and neonatal resuscitations; collaborate with neonatology, NICU nurses, and interdisciplinary team; document assessments and interventions in the EMR; educate families and participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice within a compassionate, team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) license
- experience in NICU or neonatal respiratory care preferred
