Job Summary
Registered Respiratory Therapist position with multiple openings for Day and Night shifts (Full-Time/Part-Time/Part-Time Casual PRN). Responsibilities include administering diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory procedures (MDI, nebulization, posture drainage, positive pressure breathing, mechanical ventilation, oxygen, aerosol therapy, incentive spirometry), observing patients, communicating findings, and performing data entry. May serve as charge therapist in absence of management. Duties also cover preparation for treatments, reviewing orders, prioritizing tasks, maintaining airways, performing invasive procedures as needed (suctioning, arterial blood gas sampling), responding to stat calls and codes, and contributing to patient safety and high-reliability operations. Requires Associate's Degree, NBRC-RRT credential, Ohio license (Ohio Limited Permit acceptable), and CPR certification. Sign-on bonuses offered: Full-Time $10,000, Part-Time $5,000. - Driver's License only if in a Home Care department - Department of Motor Vehicles
- Minimum qualifications include: Valid state driver’s license, Minimum of eighteen (18) years old, Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), Proof of insurance, if applicable.
