Job Summary
Perform patient assessments, execute general respiratory care and critical care protocols in adult care areas, conduct blood gas analysis, and manage all equipment. Provide patient education while maintaining compliance with state licensing requirements for the RRT, BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. This role operates within the Nights shift at Piedmont Columbus Midtown, requiring an Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences
- RRT - Registered Respiratory Therapist
- Licensed by the State of Georgia under the Composite State Board of Medical Examiners
- BCLS - Basic Life Support
- ACLS
- PALS
