Job Summary
Provide direct, comprehensive respiratory care across adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients as part of the Respiratory Therapy team. Role includes assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation of respiratory care per department guidelines, with advanced clinical responsibilities (ECMO support, mechanical ventilation, bronchoscopies, sleep lab, labor and delivery, cardiopulmonary and circulatory rehab) and commitment to patient safety and education of patients, families, students, and staff. Night shift full-time position on a rotating weekends/holidays schedule, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Also supports ongoing professional development and adherence to quality/regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) with 5 years of experience
- Education: Associate or CoARC Accredited Program in Respiratory Therapy
- Licenses & Certifications: Basic Cardiovascular Life Support (BCLS), Respiratory Care Practitioner, RRT
