Registered Respiratory Therapist -Fulltime Nights

Provides direct patient care in respiratory therapy within a hospital setting, applying advanced clinical respiratory knowledge and procedures (including ECMO support, mechanical ventilation, bronchoscopy, and sleep-lab-related duties) while ensuring patient safety and quality. Collaborates with the healthcare team, documents care, and educates patients, families, and staff. Role supports continuous learning, prioritizes tasks, and adheres to regulatory requirements. Shifts are full-time nights (6:45pm–7:15am), with three 12-hour shifts per week and rotating weekends; features a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
