Registered Respiratory Therapist, Full-Time/Overnight

Job Summary
Perform direct patient care in all aspects of respiratory care per physician orders; consult with physicians on effectiveness of therapy; serve as advanced resource for physicians and nursing on respiratory care; perform duties as assigned; shift is overnight (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) at Mercy Hospital St. Louis; sign-on bonus up to $10,000; requires RCP license, NBRC RRT, CoARC-approved program, ACLS preferred; physical demands include lifting and mobility tasks; benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, tuition support, retirement plans.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of CoArc approved Respiratory Care program
- current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from NBRC
- PALS for ER coworkers (if in ER)
- ACLS preferred
- no prior experience required (Experience: None)
