Job Summary
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide evidence-based pulmonary care and diagnostic testing in accordance with physician orders and protocols. Communicate clearly, build relationships to foster a collaborative environment, and take initiative for professional growth while always seeking ways to improve the patient experience. Maintain accountability for performance within a fast-paced, highly technical setting. This Registered Respiratory Therapist position is a PRN role with rotating 12X3 night shifts (7pm to 7am) at Methodist Celina Medical Center, a new 51-bed facility opening in Celina, Texas.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program
- Current Basic Life Support certification
- Current Advanced Cardio Life Support certification
- NRP, Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification (must obtain within 1 year of hire)
- Currently licensed in good standing as a Respiratory Care Practitioner by Texas Medical Board
- Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care
- At least 6 months respiratory care experience
