Registered Respiratory Therapist - Full-Time Nights

Registered Respiratory Therapist - Full-Time Nights at Christian Hospital. Provides direct patient care related to respiratory therapy, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Must be able to apply advanced clinical respiratory expertise, be a resource to others, ensure patient safety, and comply with quality/regulatory standards. Responsibilities include communication and collaboration with the healthcare team, education and training for patients, families, students and staff, and performing diagnostic/therapeutic procedures with advanced skills such as ECMO support, mechanical ventilation, bronchoscopy, sleep lab work and cardiopulmonary rehab as needed. Minimum requirements include an Associate or CoARC-accredited program and licensure as a Respiratory Therapist with Basic Cardiovascular Life Support and RRT. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree. The role operates on a 6:45pm–7:15am schedule (3 twelve-hour shifts per week) with rotating weekends; a $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered.
