Registered Respiratory Therapist - FULL-TIME DAYS

Provide direct patient care activities related to respiratory therapy including assessment, diagnoses, planning, implementation and evaluation within hospital guidelines. Demonstrates advanced clinical respiratory knowledge, supports ECMO and mechanical ventilation needs, bronchoscopy and sleep lab services as needed, and contributes to education of patients, families, students, and staff. Maintains patient safety, participates in handoffs and documentation, collaborates with the healthcare team, and adheres to quality and regulatory requirements. Role requires an Associate (or CoARC-accredited) Respiratory Therapy program and credentials (RRT/BLS) with opportunities for ongoing learning and development. Includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus and full-time days schedule (6:45am-7:15pm, three 12-hour shifts per week, four weekend shifts per six weeks).
