Registered Respiratory Therapist- Full Time Days

Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide direct patient care related to respiratory therapy including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation within hospital guidelines. Perform diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory procedures with advanced clinical skills (ECMO support, mechanical ventilator support, bronchoscopy, sleep lab, and respiratory rehab) as needed. Educate patients, families, students, new employees and healthcare team members; participate in handoffs and documentation; maintain high standards of safety and quality while complying with regulatory requirements and quality improvement initiatives. Role involves 6:45am-7:15pm, three 12-hour shifts per week, four weekend shifts per six weeks, no on-call, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Minimum requirements include an associate or CoARC-accredited program in Respiratory Therapy, RRT credential, and Basic Cardiovascular Life Support; preferred Bachelor’s degree.
