Job Summary
Registered Respiratory Therapists provide evidence-based clinical care for patients with various respiratory disorders, including asthma and COPD, in a fast-paced, night shift environment. They assess, treat and evaluate patient care plans while working collaboratively with a dedicated team.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care
- Ohio Respiratory Care Professional (RCP) Board Licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certifications through the AHA or American Red Cross
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) through the AHA and/or Neonatal Pediatric Specialist (NPS) Certification when appropriate for site
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in Critical Care and/or performing invasive procedures
- Neonatal/pediatric experience when appropriate for site
- Bachelor's Degree
