Registered Respiratory Therapist-Child - Nights - FT

Deliver comprehensive respiratory therapy treatments and interventions for neonatal and pediatric patients while assessing needs and developing individualized care plans. Assist physicians with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, monitor progress, and modify care plans as needed. Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory conditions, operate respiratory care equipment, and maintain strict infection prevention and safety protocols. Participate in multidisciplinary rounds, serve as a preceptor to team members, and collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to resolve workflow concerns.
