Registered Respiratory Therapist-Child/ Nights (36 hours)

Direct patient care in respiratory therapy per physicians’ orders or protocol, determining therapy effectiveness and providing ventilator support in ICUs and designated areas. Performs responsibilities in line with Mercy mission and service standards, with duties including managing life-support equipment, and contributing to clinical interventions and care plans. Sign-on bonus up to $10,000; education from an accredited respiratory care program; Missouri licensure; certifications include RRT, BLS, NRP, and PALS (may obtain on hire). Preferred advanced education/licensure includes Bachelor’s degree and Neonatal/Pediatric Specialist credentials for NICU/PICU settings.
