Registered Respiratory Therapist-Child/ Nights (36 hours)

Job Summary
Perform direct patient care in respiratory care according to physicians' orders or protocol. Determine effectiveness of therapy. Provide ventilator support during cardiopulmonary resuscitation and maintain life support equipment in the intensive care units and other designated areas. Demonstrates critical thinking and adaptability; implements medical plan of care, clinical interventions and procedures as needed for patient care. Sign-On-Bonus incentive included up to $10,000. Education requirement: Accredited college program in Respiratory Care. Licensure: current Missouri license. Certifications: NBRC RRT, BLS, NRP, PALS. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and Neonatal/Pediatric ICU experience.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Graduate from an Accredited College Program in Respiratory Care.
- Licensure: Must have a current license in the State of Missouri.
- Certifications: Registered as a therapist by the National Board of Respiratory Care (RRT). BLS, NRP and PALS (may obtain upon hire).
