Registered Respiratory Therapist

Provide direct patient care within respiratory care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation under hospital/department guidelines. Independently apply advanced clinical respiratory expertise and serve as a resource to the care team; collaborate with physicians and nurses to ensure high-quality care, with responsibilities that may include ECMO support, mechanical ventilator support, bronchoscopy, sleep lab, labor and delivery, cardiopulmonary and circulatory rehabilitation, and Basic Life Support (BLS); participate in education for patients, families, students, new employees, and healthcare team; demonstrate ongoing learning and time management; schedule includes early shift with a 6:45am-7:15pm window; $10,000 sign-on bonus.
