Registered Respiratory Therapist

Registered Respiratory Therapist needed at Memorial Hospital Belleville. Provides direct patient care in respiratory therapy from assessment through evaluation, with advanced clinical expertise and collaboration within the healthcare team. Responsibilities include educating patients and families, participating in handoffs, performing diagnostic/therapeutic procedures (e.g., ECMO support, mechanical ventilation, bronchoscopy, sleep lab, cardiopulmonary rehab), and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while pursuing ongoing learning. Three 12-hour shifts per week with every-other weekend and holiday rotations. Sign-on bonus available. Education and licensing requirements include an associate degree or CoARC-accredited program and active Respiratory Care Practitioner license (RRT); bachelor’s degree preferred.
