Registered Respiratory Therapist

Registered Respiratory Therapist position at Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital. Provides direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation within respiratory care, with advanced clinical skills such as ECMO support and mechanical ventilation as needed. Responsibilities include interprofessional communication, education of patients and staff, continuous learning, and performing diagnostic/therapeutic respiratory procedures according to established standards. Role requires the ability to apply respiratory knowledge, support critical care duties, and participate in a team-oriented environment. Shifts are 3-12 hours per week (6:30pm–7am) with rotating holidays and every 3rd weekend; offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities for growth, along with multiple locations around nearby communities.
