Job Summary
Provide respiratory care and pulmonary/cardiology diagnostic testing to patients across health care settings. Perform all basic modalities of respiratory care; manage and apply mechanical ventilators; assemble, disassemble, operate, and troubleshoot respiratory equipment; conduct pulmonary and cardiology diagnostic testing; assess patients and adjust therapies in collaboration with physicians, documenting therapy accurately and communicating care plans. May supervise department staff and work across multiple units as needed. Requires Associate or technical degree, NBRC-credentialed Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), active state license, and BLS. Day shift, full-time schedule with a weekend differential and a focus on delivering high-quality patient care within Banner Gateway Medical Center in Gilbert, AZ.

- NBRC certification as Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- Current state license
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Experience in acute care hospital setting (minimum one year)
- Knowledge of clinical techniques and equipment
