Registered Respiratory Therapist Advanced

Diagnose, evaluate, treat, and manage cardiopulmonary deficiencies for patients while independently performing advanced respiratory care procedures. Communicate patient care plans to physicians, nurses, and families, and mentor Respiratory Care Services staff. Implement special clinical projects, support department protocols, and troubleshoot respiratory equipment. Maintain accurate documentation and handle clinical concerns until addressed by leadership. This role may involve floating to other departments and on-call rotation during scheduled shifts.
