Job Summary
Weekend-only Part Time Registered Respiratory Therapist role providing critical care support, ER coverage, ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and aerosolized medication delivery. Works with healthcare team to set therapeutic goals, operates diagnostic equipment, and maintains accurate documentation. Requires RRT, Maryland licensure, and ACLS within 6 months (PALS preferred); benefits include comprehensive medical/dental/vision, retirement plans, PTO, tuition reimbursement, wellness rewards, life and disability coverage. Located in Baltimore, MD with in-person weekend schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved Respiratory Care Practitioner program
- Associate degree required; bachelor's preferred
- Active Maryland license (Physician Board of Quality Assurance)
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- ACLS within 6 months of hire (preferred PALS)
- Current CPR certification
- NBRB/RC knowledge
- Ability to document accurately and communicate clearly
- Ventilator management experience
- ER coverage experience
- Oxygen therapy and aerosolized medication delivery competence
