Job Summary
Provide routine and advanced respiratory care, manage ventilators, and perform advanced airway care ( bronchoscopy, tracheotomy changes, intubation, high frequency ventilation, nitric oxide delivery ); collaborate with physicians; assist in NICU deliveries; utilize EPIC charting; participate in transport/back-up duties; education and certification reimbursement options; coverage includes night/weekend differentials and safety features.
Required Qualifications
- Two to three years college level courses/Associates Degree/Diploma in Respiratory Care
- New Mexico Respiratory Care Practitioner License
- Registered Respiratory Therapist credential from the NBRC
- ACLS and/or PALS , BLS required
- Six months to one year critical care experience preferred
