Job Summary
Provide routine and advanced respiratory care, manage ventilators, assist physicians with bronchoscopy procedures, initiate ventilator protocols, and perform advanced airway care including tracheotomy changes, extubation, intubation, and high-frequency ventilator management. NICU duties include surfactant delivery, intubation, and attendance at high-risk deliveries; optional transport team, back-up charge therapist, and nitric oxide delivery. Requires NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist, NM Respiratory Care Practitioner License, ACLS/PALS and BLS; two to three years of college-level study or an Associates/Diploma in Respiratory Care; six months to one year of critical care experience preferred. Required Qualifications
