Registered Psychiatric Nurse

Registered Psychiatric Nurse in a part-time, 64 hours per fortnight role at Canterbury Road Community Care Unit (Box Hill, Melbourne). You will work within a highly structured 20-bed mental health rehabilitation unit in a recovery-oriented model, providing discipline-specific assessment and intervention and case management to CCU residents as part of a multidisciplinary team. Key duties include delivering nursing care in a 24/7 residential facility, contributing to collaborative treatment planning, and supporting patients toward individual recovery goals. Required qualifications include a Bachelor of Nursing, current AHPRA registration, and postgraduate mental health qualifications or progress toward them. The role calls for experience in mental health settings, strong interpersonal and leadership abilities, a commitment to high-quality care, and excellent communication and organisational skills.
