Job Summary
Senior Registered Professional Land Surveyor to oversee project management, coordinate field crews and survey technicians, data processing, and prepare boundary/topographic surveys, ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, easements and right-of-way descriptions; manage multiple projects, ensure adherence to Professional Land Surveying Practices Act, provide technical guidance to teams, and maintain client relations. Requires Texas RPLS license, experience with boundary/topo surveys, right-of-way acquisitions/easements, ALTA/NSPS surveys, AutoCAD/Carlson, and strong communication and leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor License
- Bachelor's Degree in Surveying/Geospatial/Engineering or related field
- Experience with Boundary/Topo, construction calculations, right-of-way acquisitions and easements, ALTA/ACSM (NSPS) Land Title Surveys, AutoCAD/Carlson software
- Experience coordinating field crews, data processing, project management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Hands-on leadership and ability to summarize project statuses
