Job Summary
Process all RESP withdrawals and transfer requests, coordinate ESDC monthly grant file generation, and reconcile grant payments. Manage RRSP to RRIF rollovers, pension plan unlocking, and recurring payment setups for Trustee, RSP, and TFSA contributions. This contract opportunity with Fidelity Clearing Canada offers a hybrid schedule in Toronto until late 2026, with a location transition to Mississauga. The role supports Canadian brokerage firms and U.S.-based arms in clearing, custody, and back-office services.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education completed or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years' of experience in the financial services industry
- Familiarity with different account types such as Non-Registered Accounts (Cash, Margin, Joint etc.) as well as Registered Accounts (RRSPs, TFSAs, RESPs etc.)
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- Knowledge of and/or experience in the brokerage industry
- Completion of, or enrolment in, a financial services industry program (e.g. CSC)
- Bilingual (verbal and written) in French and English
- Current Work Authorization
- You are an effective team player and are also able to work independently
- You have strong written and verbal communicator
- You have an eye for detail and strong time management skills
- You are passionate about delivering quality customer service, striving to exceed customers' expectations
- You work independently in a fast-paced environment
