Job Summary
Monitor residents' vital signs, symptoms, and conditions while observing and recording changes in their health status. Assist in assessing patients and develop, implement, review, and evaluate care plans based on physicians' orders and established nursing standards. Process and implement medical directives while ensuring adherence to infection control practices and internal policies. Base salary ranges from $26.87 to $31.18 for part-time night shifts. Required Qualifications
