Job Summary
Conduct client assessments, provide primary care, administer medications, and manage wound care for medically fragile, chronically ill, and palliative clients across home, clinic, and virtual settings. Deliver chronic disease management education, collect specimens, and lead rehabilitative programs while collaborating with healthcare professionals. Perform full-scope nursing duties including pain and symptom management for children, youth, adults, and seniors. Requires a valid Registered Practical Nurse license, community health experience, a valid driver's license, and ability to wear PPE. Schedule includes days, evenings, weekends, and nights with no on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as a Registered Practical Nurse in the province of practice
- Must enjoy driving
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have access to a reliable vehicle
- A satisfactory Criminal Records Check is required
- Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
