Job Summary
RPN in Long Term Care providing resident-centered care in a home-like setting. Role includes supervising and mentoring PSWs, delivering comprehensive assessments and care plans, administering medications, wound care and IV therapies, collaborating with physicians and therapists, documenting care plans digitally, supporting families, participating in quality improvement, and mentoring new staff. Required Qualifications
- Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) in good standing and inclusion of CNO number on application
- Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) completed within the past 6 months
- TB 2 Step updated within the last year
