Registered Practical Nurse - Permanent Full-time Evenings

Provide nursing care as a Registered Practical Nurse in a permanent full-time evening role within a long-term care community. Responsible for delivering high-quality nursing and personal care in accordance with policy and the resident plan of care, supervising Personal Support Workers/unregulated staff, and communicating with residents and families. The role requires collaboration with the care team to oversee admissions/readmissions and ongoing resident assessments, while upholding dignity and comfort for residents. Shift: 2pm–10pm at Granite Ridge (Stittsville, ON). Must be in good standing with the Ontario College of Nurses; geriatrics/rehabilitation experience is an asset.
