Registered Practical Nurse - Perm Part Time Evenings

Provide nursing care in accordance with established policy, physician's orders, and resident plans of care. Ensure delivery of excellent nursing and personal care while creating a welcoming environment through effective communication with staff. Oversee resident care by communicating with families and providing guidance, while supervising Personal Support Workers and Unregulated team members. Manage admission, readmission, and status changes with ongoing resident assessments. This Registered Practical Nurse role reports to the Director of Care within the Etobicoke community, offering a competitive salary range of $33.45 to $35.07.
