Registered Practical Nurse - Part Time Evenings

Provide nursing care in accordance with established policy, physician's orders, and resident plans of care. Utilize sound nursing practice principles to ensure delivery of excellent nursing and personal care while creating a welcoming environment through effective communication with staff. Oversee resident care, including admission, readmission, and status changes, while providing guidance to Personal Support Workers and Unregulated team members. Conduct regular assessments and maintain communication with residents and their families. This Registered Practical Nurse role is part-time evening shifts at Creedan Valley Community in Creemore, reporting to the Director of Care.
