Required Qualifications
- Registration with the CNO as a Registered Practical Nurse in good standing
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Experience in delivering community care is an asset
- Willingness to travel to and from patient residences within a designated area
- On-call coverage, including after hours to ensure patient safety and to meet patient care needs
