Registered Practical Nurse - Days (Part-Time)

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for residents while ensuring care plans are initiated in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Manage medication administration, recording, and safekeeping, and assist with scheduling care conferences and participating in discharge planning. Ensure documentation accuracy and timeliness in accordance with organizational policies, and collaborate on change management strategies. Provide nursing care aligned with College of Nurses of Ontario standards and communicate with family members regarding resident conditions. Support unregulated care workers through guidance, direction, and training. Uphold organizational values regarding ethics, morality, and integrity within an inclusive work environment.
