Job Summary
Provide professional nursing care to residents in a Retirement Residence while supervising Care Workers and directing their activities per College of Nurses Standard of Practice. Build meaningful relationships and use clinical skills to support resident assessments and implementation of individualized care plans. Ensure residents enjoy their day to the fullest by providing guidance to staff to meet specific resident needs. Maintain CNO certification and membership in good standing, demonstrating professionalism, respect, and a passion for people. Required Qualifications
