Job Summary
Provide professional nursing care to residents in a retirement residence, support resident assessment and implementation of individualized care plans, and supervise activities by guiding Care Workers to meet residents' needs. Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, ensure residents enjoy their day to the fullest, and bring your nursing expertise and CNO-registered qualifications to a Chartwell community. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, collaboration with the care team, and ongoing learning in a supportive health and wellness environment. Night shift and part-time availability are highlighted in the posting.
Required Qualifications
- certificate from the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) and be a member in good standing
