Job Summary
The Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) provides professional nursing care to residents in a Retirement Residence and supervises Care Workers as per the College of Nurses Standard of Practice. Responsibilities include building meaningful relationships, supporting resident assessment and individualized care plans, providing guidance to Care Workers, and ensuring residents have enjoyable experiences. Ideal candidates will possess a certificate from the CNO and demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and a passion for caring for residents.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate from the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
- Member in good standing with CNO
- Genuine interest in providing exceptional customer experience
- Desire to learn
