Job Summary
Provide support to residents with daily routines, including bathing, dressing, and meal assistance, while reviewing health reports and following physician orders accurately. Monitor physical and mental conditions of residents, reporting notable changes to the Registered Nurse, and ensure safety by adhering to care techniques and maintaining accurate documentation. Actively participate in developing individualized care plans, collaborate with healthcare team members, and assist in training non-registered nursing staff. Adhere to health and safety guidelines, report hazards promptly, and commit to ongoing professional development through mandatory education sessions. Required Qualifications
- Current certificate of competency from the College of Nurses of Ontario, in good standing
- Must possess strong written and oral communication skills

- Must possess strong customer focus skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Long-Term Care considered an asset
