Registered Physiotherapist (ADP Authorizer Preferred)

Conduct physiotherapy assessments and re-assessments for retirement home residents to develop individualized treatment plans with clear, measurable goals. Deliver clinical treatments while educating residents and families on health care management, self-care needs, and physical or emotional wellness. Ensure accurate documentation of all treatments and progress reports. Supervise Physiotherapy Assistants, students, and interns by providing clear instructions for implementing rehabilitation programs, group exercises, or one-on-one sessions. Collaborate closely with the multi-disciplinary team including nurses, PTAs, and OTs. Maintain a schedule of 10 hours per week (8 hours PT, 2 hours ADP authorization). Applicants must be registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, hold professional license insurance, and possess a valid police check and reliable vehicle.
