Process prescriptions and medication orders, preparing drugs for repackaging, compounding, filling, and delivery to patients aged 0 to adult. Ensure proper distribution of pharmaceutical shipments and deliver doses within established time-frame standards. Complete daily and monthly activity checklists, including expired drug verification, cleaning assignments, and supply ordering. Maintain adequate stock of medications and supplies by collaborating with Materials and Logistics and updating the Master Formulation Book. Perform weekly pharmacy inspections to ensure drug accountability logs and study drug preparations are current. Check all communication channels every shift and document all daily filing activities. All successful candidates must undergo respiratory fit testing in compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
