Job Summary
OT provides direct rehabilitation care to patients under physician referral, following Life Care standards and applicable laws. Responsibilities include following treatment plans, establishing and evaluating functional goals, supervising OTAs and Rehab Aides, charting timely, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Requires NBCOT and active Colorado licensure; degrees include BSOT or MSOT; CPR current; proficient with Word/Excel/email; strong patient and family liaison, safety, and compliance with codes of conduct.
Required Qualifications
- NBCOT certification upon hire
- Active Colorado license in good standing
- BSOT or MSOT degree from accredited OT program
- One (1) year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation
