Job Summary
Follow occupational treatment plans for patients; establish, assess, and modify realistic, measurable goals; oversee and evaluate care provided by OTAs and Rehab Aides; document appropriately; utilize therapy software; deliver excellent patient service; participate in interdisciplinary team planning; maintain confidentiality and comply with policies; demonstrate good body mechanics and professional conduct; support evacuation readiness and patient safety; maintain regular attendance and reliability; English written/spoken communication required.
Required Qualifications
- NBCOT certification upon hire
- Current state licensure in applicable state
- CPR certification upon hire
- Graduate of an accredited OT program (BSOT or MSOT)
- Ability to follow treatment plans and assess/modify goals
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of post-acute care regulations and Life Care standards
