Job Summary
OT provides direct rehab care in occupational therapy to patients upon physician referral in a patient-centered SNF setting; follows occupational treatment plans, establishes and modifies functional goals, Oversees and evaluates care by OTAs and Rehab Aides, maintains timely charting, utilizes therapy software, and participates in interdisciplinary team discussions; demonstrates good body mechanics, supports patient rights and safety, and remains compliant with policies; requires NBCOT certification, active state license, and CPR; new grads welcome; facility offers benefits, sign-on bonus, and opportunities for career advancement.
Required Qualifications
- NBCOT certification upon hire
- Graduate of an accredited program in occupational therapy (BSOT or MSOT)
- Currently registered/licensed in applicable State
- Active license in good standing throughout employment
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
