Registered Occupational Therapist (OT)

Direct rehab care as an Occupational Therapist in a post-acute setting. Follow established occupational therapy treatment plans, establish and modify functional goals, supervise OTAs and Rehab Aides, chart therapies, utilize therapy software, and collaborate on an interdisciplinary team. Maintain patient rights, safety, confidentiality, and compliance with Life Care policies; demonstrate professional conduct and provide high-quality patient care. The role includes patient evaluation, goal setting, care planning, documentation, and participation in community health initiatives as appropriate. Centerville, TN location; on-site with standard day shift. Essential functions include activity of daily living activities, evaluation of care, and ensuring dependable attendance; strong communication and documentation skills required.
