Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) provides direct rehab care in post-acute settings. Core duties include following treatment plans for patients, establishing and modifying goals, supervising OTAs and Rehab Aides, timely charting, using therapy software, delivering excellent customer service, and collaborating within an interdisciplinary team. Must demonstrate strong patient rights, safety, confidentiality, documentation, and adherence to Life Care policies and Code of Conduct. New grads welcome; NBCOT certification required upon hire; active state license and CPR certification required. Eligible to work in Tullahoma, TN locations; typical in-person duties and engagement in community health and compliance activities are included.
Required Qualifications
- NBCOT certification upon hire
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program (BSOT or MSOT)
- Active state license in good standing
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation
