Job Summary
Occupational Therapist provides direct rehab care to patients per physician referral, following OT treatment plans, supervising OTAs and Rehab Aides, charting timely, and utilizing therapy software. The role emphasizes establishing measurable goals, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and upholding Life Care standards. New grads are welcome and mentorship plus continuing education opportunities are offered; the position requires active licensure, NBCOT certification upon hire, CPR, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and families while maintaining professional standards.
Required Qualifications
- NBCOT certification upon hire
- Graduate of an accredited OT program (BSOT or MSOT)
- Active state license or licensure in good standing
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation
